Breakfast at 70's

Yesterday, my mom and I stopped by this really cool place in Huntington called Stella Blue. It was kind of like a cafe but it has a very hippie, 70's vibe. It was pretty small, but the menu had everything from breakfast to soups and sandwiches to donuts to chocolate-covered bacon (which was delicious).

While we were waiting for our food, we grabbed some Pellegrino and we got to sit on a big, comfy couch and read newspapers.

Here's a little bit of what the inside looks like.

I ordered a breakfast french toast in a pan that was full of blueberries and toasted almonds.

My mom ordered a sandwich with mozzarella, tomatoes, basil, and bacon on gluten-fee toast.

This place also claims to have the best coffee in town, but I would say that's only true if you're like me and you like really strong, bold coffee. But if that's you're thing it's really delicious.

The coffee station.

If any of you guys live on Long Island and want to go try it out, email me and tell me what you think! Until next time!
